I have worked alongside Diana Muñoz, a GVL Ph.D. candidate, on her Chytrid SHERLOCK project- using CRISPR based-assays to detect Chytridiomycosis on skin swabs of Sierra Nevada Yellow-legged Frogs.

 

I am currently working with Anderson Tate, another GVL Ph.D. candidate, on his project- using eDNA metabarcoding and CRISPR-based technology to inventory vernal pools in California.
